Spring 2010 Adult and Family Class Schedule - Sunday classes start on 1/10 unless otherwise noted. This hands-on class will give basic tools and skills to help you study the Bible on your own. Each week class members will examine and draw principles and applications from a portion of Philippians. Communication...it's one of those things we do every day, but we all wish we could do it better. In this class we'll learn about the cultural messages we tell ourselves versus the truth God tells us about who we are in Him. We'll also study the two sides of prayer: talking to God and listening to God. This workshop will be interactive with dyad exercises and discussion! This class is for the SH Youth, parents, and others who want to learn more about the Gospel of Mark. In this class we will gain greater understanding of Jesus Christ as Servant and what that means for us as followers of Christ.
